Pengembangan Model atau Model Pengembangan?

Mmm…

Keduanya sama-sama menggunakan kata yang sama, namun antara keduanya memiliki makna yang berbeda. Pengembangan model merupakan upaya untuk mengembangan model model-model, seperti model pembelajaran. Sedangkan model pengembangan adalah model yang digunakan sebagai panduan dalam mengembangan produk tertentu. Model yang sering digunakan untuk memproduksi produk-produk pembelajaran diantaranya 4D, Plomp, Borg and Gall, IDI, ADDIE dan lain sebagainya. Lima model ini sebagai langkah yang memandu developer mengembangkan media pembelajaran, strategi/ metode/ model pembelajaran, instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran. Continue reading →

Menurut Bobbi De Poter & Mike Hernacki secara umum gaya belajar manusia dibedakan ke dalam tiga kelompok besar, yaitu gaya belajar visual, gaya belajar auditorial dan gaya belajar kinestetik.

  1. Gaya Belajar Visual

Menurut Bobbi De Poter & Mike Hernacki yang dikutip oleh Sukadi, berdasarkan arti katanya, Gaya belajar visual adalah gaya belajar dengan cara melihat, mengamati, memandang, dan sejenisnya. Kekuatan gaya belajar ini terletak pada indera penglihatan. Bagi orang yang memiliki gaya ini, mata adalah alat yang paling peka untuk menangkap setiap gejala atau stimulus (rangsangan) belajar. This manuscript is a design case in early childhood education program in using blogs to improve learning interactivity. The Optimize using of blogs in instructional design provides an extensive opportunity for early childhood education teachers to interact with lecturer, students and learning materials. The goals of instructional design by using blog is to develop the digital pedagogy skills of early childhood teacher candidate, because this is one of the important competencies developed among other competencies such as professional, social, and individual competencies. The teacher candidate who are on pre-service training are now prepared to deal with students who are familiar with technology, which means that the teachers must be able to adapt the progress that has been made so that their digital pedagogy skills can be accepted by students. Therefore, the teachers’ candidate need to be prepared carefully. In this case, the learning designer is responsible for providing space for prospective teachers to be actively involved and familiar with technology.

The Effectiveness of Blended Learning Strategy Formulation on Implementing Curriculum in Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology at Padang State University

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of formulation of blended learning validated and it’s practicality was counted from previous study. The model used for the overall study was ADDIE model of the five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, and Evaluation. This second year was the implementation phase to test the effectiveness of the formulation blended learning strategy on the School Curriculum Studies subjects. The activity began with implementing the learning process using blended learning strategy formulation with the formula of online learning and face-to-face 62.5% 37.5% applied to 40 students. Based on data analysis has been conducted on students’ final grades obtained by the value of the t test at the 0.05 level of 0.032. This proved that there were significant differences between the results of learning to use the strategy formulation blended learning with face-to-face lectures on the implementation of the curriculum in the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology. In other words, the strategy formulation of blended learning was more effective than lectures conducted by face-to-face. The implication of this study need to be formulated of combination formulations face to face and online learning based on the characteristics of lecture material.

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan formulasi strategi yang efisien dan efektif dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum, sehingga menjadi atraktif, siswa aktif, dan target yang diinginkan tercapai secara terukur. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE dengan objek penelitiannya strategi penerapan blended pada mata kuliah Kajian Kurikulum Sekolah. Sumber data adalah mahasiswa jurusan Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang. Produk penelitian ini divalidasi oleh pakar sesuai dengan bidang terkait. Produk yang dihasilkan dibahas dalam kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua tahun. Tahun pertama penelitian ini sudah sampai pada tahap analisis, desain dan pengembangan dengan formula online learning 62,5% dan formula pertemuan tatap muka 37,5%. Tahun kedua hasil pengembangan ini akan diimplementasikan dan dievaluasi.
